Executive Secretary - Temporary

Job Description:
Challenging temporary opportunities are available for experienced professionals to provide a full range of secretarial and personal assistant support functions.


    Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Scheduling both local and overseas meeting including preparation of agenda, preparing documentation and ensuring attendance
  • Manage diary for senior management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotel, ground transportation, social functions
  • Liase effectively with corporate clients both verbally and in written form
  • Order all stationary and office supplies
  • Produce reports, spreadsheets and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems both manually and electronically

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience providing executive level support at senior management level
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills with working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Filemaker Pro
  • Excellent organisational skills are required along with the ability to multitask and produce a high standard of work at all times
  • Ability to type a minimum of 60 WPM.
  • Flexibility to work overtime if required.
