Executive Secretary - Temporary

Job Description:
Challenging temporary opportunities are available for experienced professionals to provide a full range of secretarial and personal assistant support functions.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling both local and overseas meeting including preparation of agenda, preparing documentation and ensuring attendance
- Manage diary for senior management
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotel, ground transportation, social functions
- Liase effectively with corporate clients both verbally and in written form
- Order all stationary and office supplies
- Produce reports, spreadsheets and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems both manually and electronically
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience providing executive level support at senior management level
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT skills with working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Filemaker Pro
- Excellent organisational skills are required along with the ability to multitask and produce a high standard of work at all times
- Ability to type a minimum of 60 WPM.
- Flexibility to work overtime if required.
