Executive Assistant

Job Description:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking applicants for the role of Executive Assistant. This role is responsible for the complete management and provision of a full range of administrative, secretarial and support services
to two senior executives.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:


  • Calendar and appointment/video conferencing management,
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements,
  • Receiving client’s and managing incoming telephone calls,
  • Preparing correspondence, minutes and mail
  • File management

The ideal applicant for this role will possess:

  • A Bachelors degree in a relevant subject together with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience working with senior management
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email software and electronic calendar software.
  • Superior communication skills (written, verbal and listening skills are essential),
  • Superior organizational skills with excellent attention to detail,
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under little or no supervision.
  • The ability to consistently meet deadlines and produce high volumes of accurate work is essential
  • A willingness to work overtime as required to meet the demands of the business
  • Occasional overseas business travel may also be required in this role.
