Corporate Sales Manager

Job Description:
On behalf of our client, a leading telecommunications provider, we are seeking applicants for the role of Corporate Sales Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively manage the Corporate Sales function of the company to ensure ongoing business development, maintain quality of service for existing customer base and achieve company subscriber and profitability targets.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategic annual corporate sales plan and budget in line with overall corporate budgets and marketing strategies/guidelines
- Analyzing and recommending new mobile wireless products and services with a particular focus on those suitable for corporate customers
- Project management of new corporate products and services through concept, design, testing and implementation
- Documenting new products and services specifications and policies
- Networking, meeting and continuously following-up with new customer leads
- Determining customers’ needs; developing and presenting sales proposals matching the right products and packages to those needs
- Trouble shooting of phones/PDA’s and data products in particular Blackberry products
- Liaising with the marketing department with regards to its annual marketing plans and the allocation of resources to the corporate segment
- Collecting and analyzing competitor data including rate plans, contract terms, etc
- Assisting with the training of staff on products and services
- Training and development of corporate department staff
- General account administration
- Other related duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A Bachelors degree with a minimum of five years management experience in a telecommunications or technology sales related position, preferbaly in the mobile wireless sector
- Strong industry and product knowledge of cellular and other wireless technologies, including Blackberry and other data device software
- Excellent sales and closing skills
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with strong presentation skills
- Strong commitment to customer service
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Self motivated to meet sales targets
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
